watching Kalyani at Dhara's place and listening to Ambhik's words Digvijay stood stunned for a while...knowing what direction he situation was leading to Shashank and Subhadra also didn't dare to say anything..

Ambhik (sarcastically) : aise stambhit kyun ho gaye yuvraj Digvijay??..hamein to laga tumhe gyat hoga k rajkumari Durdhara apne kaksha mein nahin hai...unka dayittwa tum apne priya mitron ko jo saupe the...

Digvijay (to Subhadra) : Bhadra ye sab kya ho raha hai??rajkumari Kalyani Dhara k shajya mein kya kar rahi thi?? aur Dhara kahan hai?? tumhara dayittwa hai na sarvada Dhara k sath rehne ki?? to tum use ekaki kaise chod diya??

Subhadra couldn't answer a word

Digvijay (impatiently) : uttar do Bhadra aise moun kyun ho??

Subhadra still didn't answer

Digvijay stepped towards her and Subhadra stepped back out of fear

Ambhik : are is abla kanya ko bhaibheet kyun kar rahe ho mitra?? ye prashna to tumhe usse karna chahiye jise viswas karke tum apne pran se adik priya bhagini k upchar k dayittwa saupe the..to rogini k vishay mein chikitsak se adhik kise gyat hoga??

Digvijay turned towards Shashank

Digvijay (in low but hard voice) : Dhara kahan hai Shashank??

Shashank : vo Digvijay vo hum vo...

Digvijay : dekho Shashank hamare dhairya k pariksha na lo..hamein kaho k hamare Dhara kahan hai??

Ambhik : are jisko apne param priya mitra k vishay mein gyat na ho vo rajkumari ka sambad kaise rakhega??

Digvijay : spasht rup se kaho Ambhik kehna kya chahte ho??aur Dhara ke vishay mein tum kya jante ho??

Ambhik : humse nahin ye prashna is vaidji aur unke mitran se pucho k vo tuch vanvasi jise tum swayam se adik viswas karte ho vo is samay kahan hai?? kyun sampurn rajmahal mein na hi aswastha rajkumari aur nahi us vanvasi ka koi chinha nahin mil rahe hai??

Digvijay : kya tumhare arth Chandragupt se hai??

Ambhik : han jinhe tum sab veerta ke mishal mante ho..hum pr viswas na ho to apne pratiharino se puch lo..kyun Chandragupt aur rajkumari Durdhara ek hi samay rajprasad se adrishya hai? ye na hi to kaktaliya ho sakte hai aur nahi rajkumari aise aswastha avastha mein ekaki kahin vicharan kar sakti hai..to prashna karo apne mitron se..rajkumari ki sakhi Subhadra se aur Panchnad kumari se kahan hai rajkumari???

Digvijay (to Shashank) : Shashank hamare prashna ka uttar do..kya Ambhik ne abhi jo kaha vo satya hai??

Shashank bent his head down..Digvijay lost his patience at last

Digvijay (shouting) : Pratiharin pratiharin!!!!

pratiharin entered...

Digvijay : jao atithi griha se hamare samast mitra ko prasad k angan mein upasthit hone ko kaho aur maharaj aur maharani suchit karo..isi samay vichrsabha bulaya jayega...aur Shashank aur amatyaputri Subhadra ko bhi angan mein upasthit karo...

Ambhik gave an evil smile ..Shashank and Subhadra looked at Digvijay with painful gaze but without uttering a word left with pratiharins

Digvijay turned towards Kalyani who already started crying 

Digvijay : rajkumari aap hamare atithi hai isi karan hum aapke samman karte huye hum aapko  vichar sabha mein upasthit hone ka keval anurodh karte hai..asha karte hai aap hamare asamman punah nahin karenge..

Ambhik : nischit raho Digvijay..rajkumari ko vicharsabha mein upasthit karne k dayitta hum lete hai

Digvijay left angrily...

Ambhik (stepped towards Kalyani ) : aapne aapko baht hi vuddhimati mante ho na panchnadkumari ..gandhar naresh ko murkh banane chale the...vo gandhar naresh Ambhik kumar jinse umhare pitah Parvateswar bhaibheet hote hai??

Kalyani looked Ambhik in a sharp eye...

Kalyani : gandhar naresh ane seema mein rahiye..hum aapne pita k virudh ek shabd bhi nhi sunenge..

Ambhik : tumhare pita se to ab sikandar hi jujhenge..kintu aab tum aapne mitra ke sahayata kaise karogi yeh dekhna hai..chalo vichar sabha mein 

he held her hand and almost dragged her towards vichar sabha ..Kalyani kept on crying...but Ambhik didn't leave her..

In The Hindukush

being surrounded by greek soldiers Chandragupt and Durdhara got shocked but didn't got afraid..the greeks somehow didn't expect that the people who came here are none except a young boy and a girl..so at first they also got puzzled wheather to imprison them or not...

Chandragupt : Durdhara bhaibheet na h ye yavan hamein koi kshati nhi pohucha payenge..

Durdhara : hum bhaibheet nahin hain kitu ascharyanwit avashay hai ..ye yavan hamare rajya ki itne nikat pohuch chuke hai??ye to hamare avisaar rajya k nirapatta k liye chintajanak hai..

Chandragupt : Hindukush k us disha mein assakeya upjati k upar sikandar akraman karenge aisa ingit acharya apne patra mein avashya diye the kintu vo itne shighra yahan pohuch jayenge iska kalpana hum bhi nahin kiye the..

the greeks were discussing among them what to do with these two children..

1st soldier : hey they are just kid ..they can't harm us..let them go

2nd soldier : but if they can be agent of neighboring kingdom..if we let them escape then they can spread news about us..it can be dangerous

3rd soldier (attracted towards Durdhara's beauty) : i think we should kill the boy and take this beautiful girl with us ..we can't let such beauty go easily

Chandragupt in Takshashila learnt few yavan language..listening to the greek soldier's words he realized their intention is not good towards Durdhara..he held Durdhara's hand in strong grip...Durdhara couldn't understand why as she didn't know yavan language...

Durdhara : kya hua?itne shakti se mere hast ko dharan kyun kiya?? 

Chandragupt : abhi prashna mat karo..in yavan ke irade thik nahin hai..

4th soldier : you are right friend the girl is beautiful..we will present her to our general he will be very happy and increase our salary

1st,2nd and 5th soldier supported him only 3rd one didn't..he wanted Durdhara for himself...but couldn't go against the majority..

5th soldier : hey take the boy with us too..he would become a good slave for us..

other soldiers supported him...and they they ordered Durdhara and Chandragupt to go with them in sign language...Durdhara didn't move..but before the soldiers say  anything Chandragupt pulled her hand

Chandragupt : Durdhara is samay inke adesh anusar chalna hi vudhhimatta ki parichayak hoga

Durdhara : vo kaise??

Chandragupt : hum inke sath chalenge tabhi inke shakti,sankhya aur avasthan ke vishay mein hum gyat ho payenge..aur uchit samay mein yahanse palayan karke Abhisar rajya mein yavan k kamboj ane ka suchna de payenge..tum nidarr raho hum tumhare koi hani nhi hone denge..

Durdhara (smiles) : nischint raho Chandragupt humare ichha k virudh ye tuch sainik hamare kesh bhi sparsh nahin kar payenge...

soldiers (impatiently) : come on...

both Chandragupt and Durdhara willingly got caught on greek's hands..but considering their age greeks didn't tie them or forced them as they thought both kids r afraid of them so didn't oppose...so they took them towards their tents...

In The Royal Palace

the news of princess's missing got spread like a fire in entire Rajpur and people got astonished to know the main accused is none other than Chandragupta...who is regarded most honored person in their kingdom..the palace became as much crowded as it was in Digvijay's coronation..in the ground  Shashank, Sukant, Airavat, Aditya, Ghanghor and Akshay were standing in a row... a little far away Dakshita,Chitra and Maya were standing...Kalyani and Subhadra were sitting on chair for their higher position..on dious were sitting king and queen Digvijay was observing  all the accused..Ambhik was enjoying the situation...

Chitra (in low voice) : humne tab hi kaha tha Chandragupt ko nahin jana chahiye tha..ab rajkumari k karan na keval vo apetu uske sare mitra sankat mein padh gaye..

Dakshita : tum insab mein rajkumari ko kyun dosh de rahe ho?? chinta mat karo vo dono ate hi honge

Aditya and Ghanghor were scolding Akshay 

Aditya : kisne kaha tha Ambhik ke samne mukh kholne k ..tere nirvudhita k phal ab hum bhog rahe hai..

Ghanghor : jab baat karne k samajh nahin tomoun rehne mein kya asuvidha hai??

Akshay's eyes got teary

Shashank : ab bas bhi karo mitra jo hona tha ho chuka hai.ab prarthana karo Chandragupt samay rehte rajkumari ko leke laut aye..

Maharaja Abhisara (addressing all of the accused) : kya tum sab sweekar karte ho ke tumhare mitra Chandragupt ne rajkumari Durdhara k apharan kiya aur tum sab ismein unka sahayata kiya??

Maharani (crying) : humne Chandragupt pr itna viswas kiya aur usne aise hamara viswas bhang kiya??

Digvijay : hum iske liye na to use kabhi kshama karenge aur na hi tum sabko...

Shashank (couldn't control anymore): ye apharan k abhiyog sampurn asatya hai..Chandragupt rajkumari k jeevan raksha hetu use apne sath le gaye..

Aditya : han yehi satya hai ...hamare sammukh meinrajkumari k jeevan k raksha karne ka koi aur marg nahin tha..isi karan Chandragupt ko tumhara viswasbhang karne para Digvijay...

Subhadra : ye log satya keh rahe hai maharaj...anyatha hum rajkumari ko kabhi aise akele nahin chorte

Ambhik : karan chahe jo bhi rajkumari k apharan k apradh kam nahin hote...hamare gandhar mein aise apradh k liye keval aur keval mrityudand diya jate hai...hum nahin jante yahan k ainvidhi is apradh ka koi dand hote hai ya nahin..

Maharaj Abhisara : shant ho jao sab aur savistar se kaho aisa kaunsa marg tha jiske liye Chandragupt ko rajkumari ka apharan karna pada??

Shashank narrated everything about the medicine that he prescribed ..others also described and justified their takes...

Shashank : Maharaj , Maharani  aur Yuvraj Digvijay aap logoe rajkumari k upchar ka jo dayittwa hamein saupa tha sampurn nishtha aur chikitsadharm k sath humne uska palan kiya...aur aj Chandragupt apne pran ko sankat mein dalke apne kartavya ka hi palan kar rahe hai..

listening to the whole story at first everyone who considered Chandragupt and his friends kidnapper got confused whether its right to accuse them or not...

Digvijay : Chandragupt ne Durdhara ko uske pranraksha k liye le gaya hai??kintu usne hamse ye kyun nhi kaha??

Sukant : kyun k uske pass samay nahin tha..anyatha vo aisa kadapi nahin karta...

Ambhik : kintu ye kaise siddha hoga k Shashank jo keh raha hai vo satya hai??hindukush mein aisa koi osodhi ai bhi ya nahin?? kya is sabha aisa koi upasthit hai jo aise osodhi k vishay mein suna hai??

the whole crowd nodded no... 

Ambhik : yahan to koi nahin janta..aur tumhare baktabya k anusar vo phul madhyanha surya k tej se murjh jate hai..to ab Hindukush jake iska satyta sidh bhi nahin kiya ja sakta..to hum is katha ko satya kaise man le??

Shashank : Digvijay yadi tum chaho to rajvaid se puch sakte ho...vo avashya jante honge

Digvijay : kintu rajvaid to abtak rajpur nahin pohuche...

Maharah Abhisar : to thik hai rajvaid k ane tak Chandragupt k sab hi mitron ko rajmahal mein najarbandi rakha jayega ..aur ab sena ko adesh dete hai hindukush k disha mein prasthan kare rajkumari aur Chandragupt k sandhan karne ke liye...

nd Abhisara left the place..queen followed them...

Digvijay (to Shashank and other friends) : ..yadi aj suryast se purv Chandragupt Dhara ko surakshitrup se mahal mein leke na aya..to tum sab kathor dand ke liye prastut rehna..hum apne mitron ke liye pran de sakte the kintu Dhara se adhik mahatyapurn hamare liye is sangsar mein koi bhi nahin..

and he left to find Durdhara

Ambhik gave an wicked  smile to them and left to make another  plan..

Dakshita : chinta mat karo...hamein Chandragupt pr sampurn viswas hai..vo samay rehte hi avashya a jayega...aur Rajkumari ko bhi leke ayega..akher us par acharya chanakya k ashirvad jo hai..

Shashank : iswar se hum yehi prarthana to karte hai...

all of them folded hands and started praying to the god

Subhadra (to Kalyani) : Ambhik nischit rup se apne kisi aur kutil yojna ko sidha karne gaya hai..hummese keval aap hi hai jo najarvandi nahin hain karan aap amare sammaniyaatithi hai...aap h jake use anarth karne se rok sakte hai..

Kalyani : hum uske param shatru k putri hai ..isi karan vo hamse pratishodh lene mein sada utsuk hai...kintu phir bhi hum uske anusaran karenge...kyunke hamare liye Chandragupt,Durdhara,,aap sab aur Bharatvarsh hamare pran se adhik mulyaban hai..

and she followed Ambhik from a safe distance..

In The Greek Tents of Hindukush

when the greeks brought Chandragupt and Durdhara to their tents Chandragupt kept on observing each and everything about them and he found that the soldiers are not much in number ..they are hardly 12-14...he got relaxed that means the main army of Sikandar is still far away from here..only few soldiers are sent here to keep on eye on Abhisara's activities..he got happy by thinking to manage them would not be tough...the greeks brought them inside a small tent made them sitting..one greek man stayed there to guard them ...

Durdhara : Chandragupt tum inke vasha samajh sakte ho?? to kahona yeh log hamare sath karna kya chahte hai??

Chandragupt : kadachit yeh hamein apna das banane ka parikalpana kar rahein hain..

Durdhara : hamein bhi??

Chandragupt : nahin...

Durdhara : to phir??

Chandragupt hesitated how to say princess that they want to present her as a gift to general??

Durdhara : are chup kyun ho gaye?? kaho na??

Chandragupt ; hum thik se to nahin jante ..kintu hum savdhan kar dete hai inke sath ekaki kahin mat jana...tum abhi aswastha ho aur nirastra bhi..inse yudh nahin kar paogi

Durdhara (smiles) : tumhe kisne kaha hum nishashtra hai?? hamari vastra k gupt sthan mein chhurika sarvada rehte hai aur ha...aur hum ab sampurn swastha bodh kar rahe hai..tum chinta na karo...

Chandragupt got astonished to see Durdhara's bravery and intelligence 

in the meantime two greek soldiers came with two plates of food and put in front of them..

on Durdhara's plate there was bread (which they never saw before in that time bread was only found in greece and rome) cheese , walnuts ,boiled egg. grape and apple , some salad of onion (they saw for first time) cucumber and carrot and also boiled peas and wine

but on Chandragupta's plate thee was only dry bread and boiled peas...and some water

Chandragupt (smiles) : inhe kaise gyat hua k tum rajkumari ho??ke tumhare liye aise rajasik vyavastha kiya??

Durdhara : ye parihas karne k samay nhi hai  Chandragupt ..aur hum in shatru k diye huye ahar kadapi grahan nahin karenge..tum chaho to ekaki samast aharya grahan kar sakte ho..

Chandragupt : nirvudhita na dikhao rajkumari ahar sharir ko val dete hai...tum kevl vo madira grahan na karo...kintu is samay hamein ahar ki avashyakta hai..pure ek divas se hum dono ahar nahin kiya..

Durdhara : hum to asastha the kintu tum kyun..

Chandragupt : prashna karke samayvyatit na karo vo yvan ate hi honge..yadi vo dekhe humne ahar nahin kiya to krodhit ho sakte hai..bhojan aramv karo tumhe avashyakta hai...

Durdhara started giving the fruits and other items on Chandragupt's plate secretly from the greek's gaze and however they were very hungry so they finished the foods with no delay.. oly they didn't drink the wine..they hided it...

Chandragupt : aisa prateet hote hai ye yavan Hindukush k upjati gramon ka lunthan karke apna khadya sangraha karte hai

Durdhara : na jante hamare desvasi pr yesab kaise kaise atyachar karte hai..

two soldiers again came and they asked Durdhara to go with them ..Chandragupt also accompanied but got stopped by a greek..he got tensed to see Durdhara going alone with them..but Durdhara in eyes told her to calm down...and wen with the greeks...

Greeks brought her to another tent which had a bade..they in sign language asked her to sit there..she sat and the soldiers left except only one who was left for the guard...

in Chandragupt's tent suddenly some conversation drew Chandragupt's attention..

a soldier was asking something to the guard of his tent..Chandragupt concentrated on their words

Soldier : here's the only boy is left where's the girl...

Guard : she is in our general's tent

Soldier : but general is not here now

Guard : yes he may come at night..

Soldier : so till then the girl will be alone??

Guard : why are you asking so?? she is brought for general don't keep eye on her..

Soldier : when did i deny that she will be gifted to general ??but there's time for general's coming..till then i can take the chance..isn' it??

Guard : do whatever u want but at ur own risk

soldie : ok

and he left..

Chandragupt became restless to listening to the conversation..he could recognize the soldier ..it was the same one who had an eye on her in Hindukush ..

Chandragupt (in mind) : iske purv ke vo nich yavan Durdhara ko kshati pohuchaye hamein uhan pohuchna hoga...

and he shouted as if he had any pain..the guard comes towards him

guard : what happened??

Chandragupt continued his acting...the guard came closer to him.Chandragupt was waiting for the opportunity ...he grabbed his neck too tightly ...the Guard couldn't escape from his grip...

Guard : leave me..

Chandragupt (in hesitant language) : at first say where they took the girl//

Guard : i ..i don't know

Chandragupt tightened the grip...

Guard : leave me i m sayig...its on on souther side of this tent half a mile ahead..in our general's tent...

Chandragupt..hit on the guards neck and he got senseless...he ran to the direction of general's tent..2-3 soldiers tried to grab him..but couldn't compete with his speed ..he was running faster than a horse..

here in Durdhara's tent Durdhara was sitting and thinking what is going on her palace??she was becoming tensed and suddenly she saw one of the soldier who imprisoned them entered into the tent and said to the guard something...and the guard left..she thought its jus changing of the guards..but she saw the soldier is coming towards her...his gaze and smile indicated that he had something wrong intention in mind..though Durdhara was an innocent child unaware of men's lustful intention towards women and girls..but her sixth sense told her something is going wrong.she stepped back...the soldiers gave a dirty smile and tried to touch her..she swiftly moved away and the soldier hand waved in air..the soldier again tried to touch her and she moved swiftly..but this time she found her back on wall..there is no way to move again...the soldier thought he trapped her and streche his hand towards her..but before he could touch her Durdhara held his hand and wrenched it...the soldier hand seemed to be broken.. he cried out of pain  and shock ..he never could imagine in worst nightmare that a soft small kid girl whom he was thinking nothing but a toy to satisfy his desire  can break his hand..Durdhara kicked him and the soldier fell down...she took out her knife..and stepped towards the soldier..now this was his turn to save himself from her attack...but with one almost broken hand he failed to stood up and he tried  to retreat in this position..Durdhara's anger crossed its limit...she was about to stab him but suddenly someone held her hand

Ruko Durdhara...

Durdhara found Chandragupt holding her hands..

Durdhara : hamare hast chodo Chandragupt aaj is yavan ko hum jeevit nahin chodenge..iska itna duhsahas k hamein sparsh karne ka chesta kare???

Chandragupt : Durdhara tumto thik ho na??

Durdhara : ye tuch yavan humare kya kshati karenge??kintu hum krodh se unmad ho rahe hai Chandragupt iske rakt darshan na karke hum shant nahin ho sakte

Chandragupt : hum jante hai k tum unmad ho..kintu is samay hamare liye adhik avashyak hai rajmahal pohuchna..baht vilamb ho chuke hai ...shighra chalo

Durdhara got convinced with Chandragupt's words..he kicked the soldier again and followed Chandragupt...they started running towards the horses an greeks tried to stop them..and a ferocious fight started...both Chandragupt and Durdhara stood back to back and keft fghting with the soldiers..its uncertain how long it went on until a sweet girly shout interrupted all of them

"can someone tell me what on earth is going on here???"

all of their attention was caught by the horse standing in front of them on which a girl in white greek attire with a crown of leaves were sitting..the girl was not more that 10 years old..with attractive long brown hair and pinkish fair complexion..with very sweet hazel eyes and an innocent smile...the greeks seemed shocked but not more than Chandragupt and Durdhara...in farthest dream they couldn't imagine a greek kid girl among these ferocious greek soldiers...who is she??some angel or what???

the greeks astonished words seemed gave them answer...

"miss cornelia!!!!!"  daughter of general Selukas here????????
